We’re Au Pair in America. A friendly team based in London with a passion for travel and different cultures. Our job is to help young people experience cultural exchange which we like to do in a creative and exciting way! THE ROLES
We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Assistant and a Marketing and Events Assistant to join our Business Development Team.
We have a big job on our hands spreading the Au Pair in America word across the world! So, we need the right kind of people to help us do it.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR…
Storyteller! Someone who can storyboard and create a visual narrative to produce engaging content. (Creative Marketing Assistant)
Social media pro. Like, love and share your passion for social. Experience of social media marketing with the ability to develop platform specific content strategies is a must. (Creative Marketing Assistant)
Marketing brain who can deliver successful campaigns both on and offline. (Creative Marketing Assistant)
Confident copywriter. You’ll be producing suitable copy for social media marketing, email campaigns, websites and marketing materials.

Researcher. The ability to understand target markets around the world and produce marketing campaigns/recommendations for overseas use will be a big part of the role. (Creative Marketing Assistant)
Creative who is confident with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign. (Creative Marketing Assistant)
Video Editor. Experience with video editing will be very helpful! (Creative Marketing Assistant)
Planner and an organiser who is efficient and able to manage deadlines and logistics. Experience of managing customer events and meetings would be very relevant in this role. (Marketing and Events Assistant)
Confident communicator. To maintain positive relationships with our agency partners across the world! (Marketing and Events Assistant)
Numbers person. Calculators provided. (Marketing and Events Assistant)
Cultural Exchange/Travel Advocate. Someone who is passionate about travelling or has experienced a cultural exchange program themselves. (Both roles)
Team player who is willing to jump in and support the team effort plus take on new tasks as and when needed. (Both roles)
These positions are full-time and will be based in our London head office. The successful candidate will need to possess the legal rights to live and work in the UK.
